uVme Launch Countdown and Blog “Widgets”

OUT NOW: Two cool new uVme “widgets”, one of which can be seen to the right of this blog entry.

This uVme “countdown” widget shows the days, hours, minutes and seconds ticking down until LAUNCH, and is also now showing on the uVme.biz pre-login page, as well as the uVme.com holding page!

The other fantastic new widget is a uVme blog widget, for THIS BLOG! It is like a little mini-window with this blog running in it, constantly updating itself with the latest stories. If you click any story in the widget’s scrollable window, it takes you to that story on the blog, to read more.

Both widgets are FREE and you can download them to run on your desktop or get the code to embed them in web pages, from anywhere that you see them! You just click the grey “Options” button underneath them, and select from the pop-up lists from there… (COMING SOON: For further instructions and to download/grab code for both widgets, see your uVme.biz website, under “Home”… “Marketing”… “Tools”).

Add these awesome little viral tools to your own websites, blogs and social networking pages - they are brilliant little gadgets to make your own life easier and to attract more people to your business!

uVme Soft Launch Confirmed as 21st January 2008

Many of you would have heard, read and been excited that uVme had a proposed soft launch date of 26th November 2007.

However, following testing of the .com platform and discussions with our non-English-speaking members, we and the uVme “Pioneering Leadership” have decided that with only the English-language website available, the 26th November would not be the best time to release uVme to the world.

Launch Date Confirmed

News travels fast, so you may already know that we can now confirm a soft launch date of 21st January 2008. Doing this has many advantages and benefits for the company, and most importantly, for you our members, and your teams.

Upon launch, the games platform will be available in all of the currently supported languages: French, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian. Plus there will be a wider selection of games and - here is some great news - the desktop “uVme Instant Messenger Client” will be available for download.

Expanding Beta-Testing

To keep your team focused and to really start building momentum within your group in the run-up to launch, over the next few weeks we will be inviting them to play games on the beta-test site. Everybody who has experienced and played the games has been truly amazed by the experience. It makes the business "real" and hits home the massive global potential of uVme.

In fact, here are a few of the comments we have had so far:
"You just get straight into the game, and they're addictive!"
"I'm hooked!"
"Amazing. This is the best fun you can have, full stop."
